Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the aK-Transportation Ltd website and services. By accessing or using our Site and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Our Services

aK-Transportation Ltd provides transportation, logistics, and warehousing services including:

• Less Than Truckload (LTL) shipping
• Full Truckload (FTL) shipping
• Courier and local delivery
• Cross-docking services
• Warehousing and storage
• Logistics coordination

Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are estimates based on information provided. Final pricing may vary based on actual shipment specifications. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

Shipping Terms

Customers are responsible for proper packaging and labeling. We do not transport illegal items, hazardous materials (without certification), or items prohibited by Canadian law. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Liability

Our liability for loss or damage is limited according to Canadian transportation legislation. For domestic shipments, maximum liability is $2.00 per pound unless additional coverage is purchased. Claims must be submitted within 60 days of delivery.

Payment Terms

For approved credit accounts, payment is due within 30 days. Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to hold shipments until balances are paid.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Brunswick.
